Colour problems

rite ive jst been lukin at a k reg 1.2i sx ad under the bumper strip the car is sprayed a different colour. its grey on teh top n silver on the bottom is this a common thing?

and another thing i wsant to ask is, is i got the bottom bit vynal ova like the sri n put a gte black bumper wud this luk any gud?

i mean the bits on the side that are suppose to stop ppl dintin ur car with there door or u hittin it on a wall etc

Id say possibly had a respray but depends watr colour it is?
