Mine is nice and Low, its not as low as alot of others, but it'll give you a rough guide. Its -80mm in this pic, pre-rebuild, july 2002.

Keith
i've been thinking of -80mm mine.. as it's now low enough at the mo !
how's the turning circle ? i knew of a hap with 17's and he couldn't get anywhere near full lock, but maybe that was because of his wheel size !
is it MOT friendly ? as my rear springs nearly fall out when you jack the back end of the car up

Turning Circle's sweet, ride qualitys not bad, and i put standard suspension back in for MOT.
Rear springs fall out when jacked up, fronts jiggle about when jacked.
Keith
right, were they bodgje jopb springs ? (i.e cutt) or are they made up by someone ?
if so, whereabouts did you get them from !? thanks !

Nope.. Proper springs.
Had them made in 2001 by www.coilsprings.co.uk. Had just -60mm made, then had the rear sent back and -20mm taken off, and then the same again with the fronts at a later date. Finished result is the above pic. Thats when it was a 1.2i
Keith
ahh cool thanks mate
how much where they ?

I got a price from coilsprings ?115+vat for a set of springs to any spec. Keith how much did they charge you to take another 20mm off?
Do you get alot of scrubbing at the front? Mine is 60mm and scrubs alot so had to fit bump stops to higher it slightly.

Now that is Yummy... Nice and subtle with a Euro look.

Nope, mine doesnt rub at all, front or rear. My wheels are ET48mm. When i get my coilovers i'm going lower, i'm going to try and put some of the tyre inside the front arch
