nice to see you back on here fella...
that car will be ace... i know a few people with tuned minis and they're fab :D
car should hopefully be finished by april.... touch wood lol. got about 2 grand to throw at it to get it road legal. its having full respray next month in ferrari red then my roll cage, engine, brake fuel lines and twin fuel tanks are to be fitted.the car was running over 100bhp before it was stripped to what it is now and the engine has just been reconned and lots of new shiny bits added on that should make it a wee bit quicker lol.carnt wait to get it on the track, already fitted my front brake discs and coilovers (not shown on pics)

alrite carl. does anyone know if you need to extend the front of a clubman mini (not a standered one which is a few inches smaller) to fit a 2.0 16v engine in?im very tempted to do this after a year or so.

well i dont know about an XE in a mini but the civic Type R engine and gearbox will fit inside a clubman without any body mods at all, the strandard mini needs stretching by a couple of inches to do it tho....

i think you can buy the sub frames for the xes so it just bolts straight in
How do, welcome back. Looks like you got a shed load of work to do :D
cheers guys and gals. just ordered my new door hinges, slam panels etc so i can fit the car together so its ready for the re-spray. not a bad mini but im a clubman man myself not that keen on the regular mini shape (the other mini in the pic).
