What are regarded as the best?
Which can go the lowest and where is best place to buy them from?

At the moment I am thinking of Avos from Demon tweeks, cos its only 5 mins down road.

AVO's arn't the best but you pay lots of hard earned cash for the best. However AVO's seem to be the choice when you are looking for performance per ?.

As for how low im sure that the AVO's will go low enough for you :D

I have just bought a set but haven't driven the car with them on yet. You may want to buy them from AVO themselves. Mine cost just under ?600 delivered. I would imagine that they would be cheaper than Demon Tweeks but if not get them from DT.

and also look for GAZ shocks as they do reasonable priced coilovers.

and im assuming from asking "how low can they go" your not really after mind altering performance so "any ole brand will do" to get the ass of the car on the floor lol

you can get different lenght springs so you can get even lower without running out of thread on the shock body.
