Need some info on whats the best way to go about the exhaust for a valver.

To get mine going for now just chopped the flange off the nova zaust system and the flange off the astra downpipe and put a piece of flexi pipe in with some clamps.

Only trouble is it sits low and from scapin on speed bumps has knocked it all over the place so is now blowing.

When fittin engine tried matchin the astra downpipe with nova system fitted togethor but was unsuitable as my piper is 2" bore and astra is 2&1/4" bore.

Is there a manifold i can buy to sort it out etc?

Any help appreciated

Cheers

you should be able to sleeve the nova part into the astra one and make a manifold that matches up to the nova system, no need for a flexi IMO

I got mine made for the car. Its not as expensive as I thought. It cost me ?353.50 for the whole system back from the mainfold. Plus you can pick how loud you want it and what you want it to look like etc etc.

They made an absoulte top notch job on mine. The company is called Longlife.
