Early nova front ends

Do you know the early novas that have like a bar for a bumper, and its built in with the grill, like Benjis car:-

Does that un-bolt and then would a normal bumper and grill off a gte or early sr bolt on.
Or would you recon leave the front end like that, i am trying to help my mate decide what to do, leave as is, or bolt on seperate grill and bumper.
Would it go straight on.

yeah they unbolt and you can fit a normal later type grill bumper

Good, so hopefully that will bolt straight off, and a gte bumper and grill should bolt straight on.

The trouble is i don't know if my car is gonna hold out till Feb, its now misfiring at idle, and low gears :cry:
Thinking about getting rid some time next week, and will need a car sooner than Feb. :|
