im getting this door and the bonnet sprayed anyway. but if it cant be treated, i need a new drivers door! :(

yes it could be but it'd come back imo.,

if your getting it sprayed anyway you may as well buy a new door, it'l only cost you ?20 from a scrappy or a little more from sel.

theres no point spraying that and putting it back on.

dont bother with that door mate. try and get a diferent one you will find one that is near to mint in a scrappy or someone breaking a nova near you.

He means Sel Imperial, there a company that do Vauxhall parts, but there not genuine GM parts, immitations if you like, but just as good.

Depends on your definition of "expensive"... compared to vauxhall quoting me ?400 for a (not even primered!) door, then no they won't be expensive :wink:

I think the actual door is quite bad as well, so i'd replace the whole lot

I dont hold much hope for your sill's either, the line below looks a little crusty?

thatll cut out mate. mine was worse and its fine now i cut it right out and plated it.
