Right having a discussion with a mate.

Hes trying to tell me they didnt make a limited edition of a 1.2 called a sting.

But i have one sat on my drive as i own one.

So i just want to know if i am correct?

its a mk1

with all the mk2 bits? like 5 speed gear box ect?

The GTE was a MK1 and that had 5 speed!

if its a mk1 it can't have mk2 bit, it would of been built before mk2's were made :P

They also made Astra and Cavalier Clubs nothing special in fact worse than normal as they had god awful yellow and black stickers/seats.

I think the front seats are 'Rainbow' (mk1 grey SR) but the back bench is one peice instead of split? Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiill

a lass was sick in the back of my first nova a few years ago. It reeked for ages and cos she was drunk and couldnt git the door open, decided to fiil up my door pocket. wasnt chufft. :roll:

lol yes they did make a sting but as ben said it wasnt a limited editon

it had sr interior
4 dial clocks
5 speed bos
sr spoiler

cant think of anythin else at the moment

The sting was made for a year (1989) and the majority are G plates
