?200 is NOT 4 hours work..

your ripping people off/getting ripped of if you pay ?50 an hour ! LMAO!

the usual rate is roughly around ?20, if you pay more than that find a better garage

grr fcuking VX and their mind changing with torx and regular bolts!!!!!!!!!!

id have had it done ages ago if i was at home with my tools lol

Stuart

right after fcuking about getting the appropriate tools etc

its taken about 2.5 hours (and i didnt know what i was doing , as such)

so 205/2.5 = ?82 per hour!!!!!!!! lol

i wish i got paid ?82 an hour.
mind you i did get paid to do it ;)

the old pump was mega fooked! it had latteral and radial movement in it and the fins has all sheared off the pump + the bearings collapsed on the outside. tasty. it shall go on my windowsil of damed vahicle parts, to join my dead K-series piston, "lucky" valves from said K series, CP's baulk ring from his gearbox and a dead XKR handbrake lever

i thought you were on about a garage being ?50 an hour... i still can't believe that the manufacturers charge that much !?

Car was at garage yesterday..

2 new rear wheel bearings + Labour
Central locking/Electric Window motors rivetted in

came to ?35 ! now that's what price im used to ! that's about ?12 an hour.

saying that i have to wire his XE up in his Mk2 escort, so maybe this is how he's paying me ?
