Like to ask if there are any benefits or problems changing from 13' wheels to 14' wheels?

No going upto 14" will be a straight swap.

Just make sure they are the correct offset ET49 and PCD 100.

you can get away with et45's, and im sure the gte/gsi 14's where like et47.5 or something

you might get some better grip round corners if they are wider
