im sure they are wired up relayless on the cav/callys
u may want to take a live streight from the battery and use a switched live from anywhere and a relay to power them tho
a std fuel pump relay would work
2 wires from seat pad. connect one to live, one to earth and wack a switch in. calibre heated seat switches fit straight into the mk2 electric wondow console if you prise up the middle cover.

if i take it srtaight from tha battery do i not need to fuse it??
i wouldnt do it straight from the battery. You may forget to turn the seats off and they are a big drain on power. Do it on an ignition live

where would you recomend taking the ignition live from, and would you recomed a fuse on it??
take it from the cigarette lighter. it will already have a fuse in the fuse box (for the cigarette lighter), but you can add another in if you want.
Or you coulkd use the electric window ignition live
