Fuel Guage broked

ive got a mkII nova 1.0 merit. have recently fitted sri/sr white dials, have got everything working apart the fuel guage.How do I get it to work? do i need a different sender or a new fuel tank? any help/advice would b a great help. Cheers lads!

if the problem occured when fitting your new dials, then its obviously a wiring problem..IIRC the blue/black wire is the fuel guage so take the instrument cluster back out and check the wires are ok..

Failing that, your new instrument cluster could have a broken fuel guage..
