power cap question

does anyone know if you take a power cap out of your system without decharging it, can you put it straight back in even if its just been sat for a few months??

the instructions for ur cap may tell u. U can get cans that u can charge up etc without the resister and test lamp. but to use ur charge up just take the fuse out off ur battery wire and connect a test lamp till the bulbs gone out. safer doing it this way than keeping the charge in.
