Whats the biggest age gap any of you have had in a relationship??

There's a bus driver i like at work n he is twice my age but he reckons hes too old to get involved with a young lass like me.

Do you reckon im wasting my time or shud i continue to persue??

well it doesnt bother me but it mite him coz his family dont talk to his brother for the reason that his brother is maried to a lass nearly three times younger than him.

To be honest its down to him to decide... Sometimes family has big influence in this metters and can be very conservative about stuff like that, I am affraid you cant do much about it but to wait and see. Just take it easy and dont let it bother you too much...

largest age gap i had was 6 years which isnt much, but i was 18, and she was 24 with a 4 year old. It really did make a difference back then.

You have to think about what is going to happen. Is there a future? When you are 30/40, where will he be, and are you happy with that?

Well when i was 21(just turned 21 :wink: ) i was going out with a gal that was 16,anyway 5 years wenr much as she was soon 17,
so it was more 4.1/2 years,but anyway,we when out for 2.1/2 years was ok most of the time,but i noticed the age gap at times as she just didnt understand where i was coming from at times(but then thats most women :lol: )
in the end it was not going to work,as she wanted to go to uni,and i had a job,etc..so age can make a diffrance.

My dad is married to someone 26 years younger than him, I dont get on with her, cos she is a b1tch, but he likes her and that is all that matters.

first got with her wen i was 15, now im nearly 19! but now she wants all that commitment stuff, shes proper sound, down to earth an all. and her mother's got a MK1 1.4SR! :D

there's a lot of but's in that sentence lol are you sure you love her? me and kev lived 200 odd miles away but i moved here because i love him 8) 4 years between us. edit: just read that again, you've lived 110 miles away from her for 4 years :o jesus fair play. i moved up here after a few months

age doesn't have to matter but it does play a hell of a big part. he's older, are you ready to settle down, have kids, chuck the night life and partying away. does he really want it? is the age an excuse to use because he doesn't like you (horrible to say but it could be true, using it as an excuse) getting involved in work can also be an arse if you later don't get on etc etc. play it your own way, if you think he likes you and its worth pursuing then go for it.
