NONE OF THIS CHANGE THE ENGINE

want a bit more power from the 1.3sr engine

im getting a new cam
getting a Weber 32/34 from snowface tar mate
filter
up-rated zorst system
uprated manifold

got about ?300-?400

do a bit of work to the cylinder head. That'll unleash a bit more power.

Bill Blydenstein is a top bloke at that stuff.

I agree with snowface, go see Bill Byldenstein with that cash and your head. I think the B+ for 8v is around ?350 not sure if that includes VAT or not tho'

i'd say go twin 40's but i guess you dont want to as already have a 32/34

the 32/34 dont add anything onto the insurance but T40's add ?210 :?

yeah i think thats possible, just take it to an engineer shop an get them to machine the head an fit the valves in. It cost ?200 to have big valves fitted, head skimmed and a bit of porting for both the heads for my V8 done

thats a good price phil, did you give head to get that kind of price? lol

i think it cost us near ?300 to have 1.6 sized valves (but 1.2 length so as not to fcuk up the geometry) cut in with 3 angle seats etc. and no porting.

the ?350 head B+ from blydenstien is for 1.6 vavles, port skim e.t.c i think it's including VAT aswell... good price really.

i got discount as my mates work next to the place. The valves it has in are 1.7inch i think now fairly large lol

yeah and B= on a 1.2/1.3/1.4 sr head gets you Sri exhaust valves (31mm), and 35mm inlet valves.

+all the flowing and portin etc.
