Dodgy Scam Mate!

I had a few of these when i put my SR up for sale. Apparently he was willing to pay me ?3000 for a car i put up for ?200! The deal is he was owed a few grand by a buisness partner in the uk would agreed to pay for the car and shipping and make you forward the rest over to him. He sends you a cheque, you cash it and take you say ?200 then forward the rest to some dodgy address.

My man was called Donald Emmanuel and his English was poor.

This will make you laugh.. He was buying it to ship it to America as it was a surprise wedding present for his son!!!

A battered MOT failure SR for a wedding gift! Some Dad hey!!

As Far as I know its got some thing to do with a bankers draft which never clears in your accoutn or something! dodgy as funk!
They'd benefit by having a car for a blagged sum of ?200 or something
I sent him an email asking where HE was really from!
