lol if u can change a head gasket you can lower the compression yourself

get a thicker gasket tweeks do a 1.1mm/1.9mm for the 2.0 16v they may do a thicker one for the 1.4/1.6
16v Nova - Toolkit, Trouble, Points and great expence all come as standard :)
