Cossvaux would like to apologise to all customers who have had problems with delayed parts etc over the last couple of months. Unfortunately we have been extremely busy and Will has been here on his own for the last 6-8 weeks, and we have also moved premises which took a total of 12 weeks. We are now into our new premises so normal service will resume from Monday 6th Dec and we hope to have ALL outstanding orders fulfilled by the end of that week. After that we will be fully up to date and I hope you will use us again.

thats what I like - an apology from a company! Theres nowt wrong with admiting to a problem as long as its done timely.

The amount of people who get fobbed off with "oh we posted it yesterday m8!" but didnt is too many.

It makes a change when a company holds up its hands
