Hi People, :
I hope some one can decipher the following as im trying to describe my problems but i know little about engines. PLEASE HELP ME!!! so here go's:
Got my new GTE engine fitted at the w/end,(See Feature GTEs, ADAMS GTE REBUILD for pics) its all in and nearly everything is all good. But we seem to have a few teething problems. My old engine had a Siemens ECU but the new one has a bosch ECU. Does this make any difference??? There is a wire on my car loom (very close to starter motor) that seems to have no home to go to. There is also a plug on the back of the block that seems to have nothing to go in it. If that doesnt confuse you enough the coil was completly different aswell.
1, No power to the coil :evil:
2, No power to the fuel pump :evil:
3, Oil and Temp dials go crazy when you turn ignition on :o
