Hi again! As soom of you have seen I posted on the general board askin for tips on losing a bit of weight. Although the standard stuff was confirmed I need a bit more technical info on the built in stresses of the shell. What is just waste metal and therfore weight? What parts do I not touch because the shell requires the stress? Being a monocoque design some parts are required to keep the shell straight and even though bracing will help assist I don't want to cut out the wrong bits. Has anyone here built an autograss car out of a Nova? If so what did you do to the rear end? I can quite easily cut it all out put in coilovers, extend the cage and then plate over but then I lose the original Nova or do I?

Sorry bout the number of questions but I prefer to let other people trial then get it right myself and save the hassel!
