hot cam!

looking for a high lift camshaft for a 2ltr 8v(20SE) somethin good but without hurting idle too much, any ideas? also is it worth using a boost valve? :wink:

a boost valve wont really give you muh more power, it will just get rid of the flat spots in your rev range thus giving smoother acceleration. As for a cam, i would go with kent with a vernier so you can get the timing mint and finely tuned 8)
