Just thought I'd post some pics of my mates car that he finished building 6 months ago. I just never got chance to take any pics. Nice and clean.

Some people dont like nova gte/gsi skirts and would rather have there car without them,im a bit confused as to why though,as it's part of makes a gte/gsi

Yes Jules it was. Someone came and offered him ?4200 for it but turned it down becasue he couldn't find the heart to sell it.

Boro'Nova, He is from Selby, you wont have seen it around, it has only done around 800 miles in 6 months.

Rick, I cannot answer the sunroof question as I never noticed but I was under the impression it was a GSi.

Deffo no sunroof.

Looks wicked sat in my mates garage ;)
Just been doing a few bits on it today.... sump gasket, breather mod (as it was a bit hesitant), TB mod and a few other niggly bits.

Looks absolutly stunning in the flesh.

My mate travelled the length of the country for it, and it now lives in the sunny south east.

I personally think that to have sideskirts on it would have been nasty, just gets in the way of the lines of the car. Think it started life as a 1.2.

One things for sure though, by show season next summer, there should be a few more bits done to the car, just to really finish it off. (and give it a bit more poke)

Top job to the guys who built it! Its MINT!

Yep was Ants. Austin I thought of you when I spoke to Ant and he said the buyers mate had a RWD Nova. Really nice motor, he spent hours doing it. Looking forward to seeing what its like next year.
