Price guide + Tuning 1.5td with 208000 miles on it

I need some advice on getting the best price from the 3rd partys insurance for the pay out for my 1993 1.5td SX with 208000 Miles on it
can any one point me in the right direction.


Also whats the best way to tune the above ?

solid pistons instead of melted ones ;)

ring around, find as many quotes as poss. you never know how much the next quote will be! induction, full system zorst and fiddle with the fuel pump should give you around 5/6 extra ponies....
