get some motorcycle straps and "strap her down" !

I'd use a combo of chain and rope attatched to the internal frame of the van. make sure that the engine sits on wood and not metal. Drive carefully!

the 2.0 16v engine (if it has the box on it) sits level and flat i just chucked mine in the back of my nova van and it was fine

16v Nova - Toolkit, Trouble, Points and great expence all come as standard :)

2.0 16v back soon :D

Whats the difference if it sits on Metal or Wood?
I was gonna throw some cushions in there for it to sit on and be comfy!
(maybe give it a tequila or shot of bacardi?)

i got a wooden palet from work. and snaped 3 planks of wood from the centre to make a whole for the engine to sit in. also strapped the engine to the pallet to keep it still. Not sure its big enough for a 2l though m8

Anybody got a pallet and frame of some sort to suit holding a 2 litre engine??

ermmm...pallet = free from any skip/shop/B&Q/at the road side round here..lol
