someone i know wants me to cut out and weld in their wheel well, but i dont know what to charge, i know a garage would be a fortune, but im not a garage, what are peoples estimates i should give,

i've quoted by a professional welder ?60 but my mate know's him so i can get it done cheap :D

i got mine done for about ?100 but that before i had the bottle to weld on me own car!! if i was to do it now about yeah same as everyone else said, about ?50 not too much work!!
I would say mates rates ?100 (if you are doing it properly), bearing in mind the cost of materials, sheet steel, some kind of bracing for chassis rails, underseal and paint. Not to mention the 4hrs work

yeah thats fair enough i was thinking of just the welding, suppose ?100 would be a proper good drive in drive out job
