spring rate? perspex / polycarbonate windows?

Can any1 tell me whats the best spring to use on me front avo coilers on me 2L 16V?

Also,
Who supplies the perspex polycarbonate windows that alot of people are using,can't find them any where. Only want the back ones doing like.

get a sheet of polycarb and make your own windows!



umm you could try some 300lb front springs, not sure what length though. give them a call and they will be happy to help you
