Idle!!!!!

Can anyone help.

I have put a 1.4SR engine into a 1L shell.

It has been running fine for about a year.

The first time I have actually driven it was yesterday.

It sounded like sh!t for a while then it seemed to clear and run lovely. After it done this it then stopped idling :roll: If I put my foot on the accelerator it is fine, it just doesnt seem to idle.

Can anyone tell me where the idle screw on the pierburg 2E carb is? (Pics would be good)

Isn't it right next to the throttle thing on the side, just moves the position of it.

yes rob, it is the throttle return stop, adjust the screw to raise/lower the idle... sound like something else is going on tho, probably a blocked idle jet...
