the water is hot goin thru 2 the bulk head could it be matrix n are they a mission?
I expect the cable connected to the heat control knob needs adjusting. Remember the middle 2 vents will always blow out cold air.

Why do the middle vents only blow cold air?

due to their position in the heater system, it would have been overly complex to reroute hot air back up there
if u take the dash top section off and look you'll see what i mean

try the above
if the clip snaps turning the dial to full hot will move the air valve a tiny bit
