Bought a bolt on k&n for my nova yesterday, problem is that it only has 1 bolt to secure it to the carb.
Anyone have any lying around off an old one or know where i can get some new ones from?

call K&N and get a couple of spares for a couple quid.
demon tweeks should be able to sort u out with the bits u need. (01978 664466)
do you mean the cylindrical prongs that firstly screw into the carb, and then you pop a bolt onto the top of them once the K&N is on ?
i thought it'd be a good idea to get them as tight as possible, to create a nice seal round the gasket, but i snapped the heads of the top bolts. I ran it down to the local motorsport shop and he just wacked some new ones out on the lathe, and gave me some screws to screw in the top !
if your any good on a lath, just try that. it's free
thats me sorted then, used to work on lathes for a living!
What is it with those screws??? i just sold my Kerr Nelson racing leads and threw the K&N in with it cos i dint have the screws.
yup thats what i did too just made on my cnc lathe as i lost mine :D

I bought it second hand, the 1 bolt holds it securely enough for now i think demon tweeks is the best bet
Cheers :D
yep just stick some gaffa tape over the 2 open holes on the top of the K&N
stops dirty unfiltered air going in your carb !
