Those are bollocks, unless you get in the first 10 or so people to sign up you will never get one.

It's gonna take 28 x the number of people on waiting list to get through to you, or the next person waiting to join the waiting list!

Basically you sign up, and it takes 28 other people to fund your gift with no chance of them getting one!
