Nope depends firstly on your insurance policy if you are covered! If not you can either get a cover note or speak to there insurance company about a 2nd driver!!!

yes and your policy has to allow it and you normally have to be 25

it depends very much what insurance company u're with, i was covered last year to drive anyone's car third party with the owner's permission and that was with CIS (co-op) on TPF&T, they are or were very good with young peoples insurance especially first time drivers.
other companies can i believe offer this but most of the time you have to be fully comp and sometimes u have to pay extra for it.

check the small print for the small print with CIS. you have to be over 25 to drive other peoples cars even if it says you can on the certificate.

I got insured with liverpool victoria ?760 Fully comp can't drive other peoples cars until i'm 21 or 25 or something

but ?60 a month is good :wink:
