How much power on a std bottm end?

For the turbo boys mainly, how power have poeple been running though the bottom in std trim (ARP's not included) with out incodent? is 150 a safe (ish) power target?

i very much doubt any of the turbo boys ran there engine without at least arp's

I still count ARP's as a std bottom end though. I'm more refering to pistons and rods stength

the 1300 from memory is about 140bhp
