quicki : how do you remove an SR spoiler without breaking it?

undo the four bolts at the top inside of the boot then if ur not arsed bout ur paintwork stick a knife in the gap and run it underneath the spoiler to cut the adhesive and break the spoiler free. but i found the "fookin pull it off" effect works well :lol:
