big problem

hi i got a big problem at the moment as when i start the car it dosnot do this very well but ive sused that to ignition timing but now it sownds like a hairy goat like only 3 pistons are fireing and its using huge amounts of fuel wahts the problem!!!! :!:

are you sure that you have got the timing right??? has it been so far advanced that it was det big time and blown a hole in the piston??? take the spark plugs out and look at the condition of them... r u sure that all of the plug leads are connected???
