ive better ways of using fuel. You can put a massive supercharger on top of the carbs. I have a pic in my rover V8 book :D Anyway the sound will make up for the pound a minute running bill

that all went on getting the heads worked on for the V8 :( . Only thing with one of those superchargers is that it would stick out higher than the roof on a nova lol

went to the ford meet at the Ace cafe last nite and there was a mk1 Cortina with a Cossie V8 in it. It done a huge burnout right in front of me and the noise was amazing. Will try and get the pics uploaded. Also there was a Mk2 escort with a RS500 engine in it, 8 injectors, water injection, and a Garret T5!!!!! was a monster!!!!!

My bad. I thought it was missing somethin ie two cylinders. Shouldnt believe what everyone around me was saying. It was a V6 from the looks of it, out of Scorpio 24V. 2.9L V6 204bhp as standard. But i dont think it was standard from watching it go! Still not as impressive as the mk2 cossie with a T5. dont know how he kept the power down tho. mustve had to pull away in second gear.......
