i have just got the orion while i save for a gsi or a valver
and also wait for the share prices to go up again i have a few share i can get my dirty mits on before the decline in the share market they were worth nearly 2 grand + saveing around 300 amonth i think i should have a new nova quite soon and parents mite be able to give me a small loan :D
and what ever i can sell the onion for

and for the amount i paid for it it has done a lot of miles but the out side is very tidy
and the inside is nice and now i have fitted my old system the tunes ent 2 bad either

Ged m8 you 1.2 would not stand a chance on straights but round corners you might win :D
it does not handle 2 bad but no where near as good as me old nova

i had a race with my mate in his 1.6 16v astra and the was not much in it !

Nice one Ick....I was looking to get a 1.6i Ghia a while back...I almost bought one once too.
It was red with scort Turbo front bumper, bonnet vents, RS skirts, rear bumper, boot spoiler and front Recaros from a Sierra Cossie, and the lad only wanted ?200 for it :O
Oh, and it was lowered and had a gorgeous sounding zorst system.

I looked rough round the edges though....the paint was faded, and was flaking off of the kit in places, plus it needed a new driver's door (big crease down it where a dint had been pushed out), so decided against it in the end.
I wish I'd bought it though, 'cos the Recaros alone were worth the money :(
I could have fitted some standard seats, kept the Recaros for my Nova, then sold the car for the same price or more, and made a nice little profit...ni mind, I can't do owt about it now!

A couple of my mates have got Orion Ghias too.....Kilo (his nick name) has a 1.4 Ghia and Paul's got a 1.6i, both in Mercury Grey.
Paul's 1.6i is lowered with a mint Sebring stainless, and is a nice looking motor. Kilos looks ok too, but is totally standard.
Still a nice car though.
