rear seat belts

mine passed mot last year an i had the backs or the rear seats in but not the bit where your arse sits and it passed

you only need rear seat belts if you have rear seats in the car. If you take it all out then its fine, i have got through loads of MOT's with out any interior :lol:

lol ive not had a spare wheel in mine for 2 years just a can of tyer foam and an AA card
every test sheet ive got for my car it says
"cannot inspect boot floor due to the large amount of chequer plate covering it"

you dont need a spare wheel for an MOT although the police think otherwise, as ive had a few full blown arguments with them on the subject

EDIT: also the well is only big enough to fit a 14" alloy, so if i blow a tyre i would have to put a 14" on with 16" and that would be dangerous :wink:

i got pulled over for using a low gear for the driving situation i.e 2nd gear at 30mph

what they said with mine is that to pass it as a four/five seater it had to have to the rear seat belts not sure about the seats. If it hasnt got the seat belts then they can only pass it if it says on the log book 2 seater.
