running prob with xe, ne ideas

Just started one day last week. it idels, then as soon as u try pulling away it's like its trying to cut out, like theres no fuel. any body had a similar problem, want to try fixing it my self, cheaper. a mate of mine said it could be the air control sensor. any ideas welcome cheers

are all the fuel injectors fully pushed in? sounds stupid but does happen!

me mate had the same prob with his SRi, i told him to push the injectors down quite hard and it seemed to do the trick :|
