i all can you tell if i lose much power whit a 1.6 lock and a 1.3 sr head?

yes i hear that but loose power compared to what ?? what have you already got on the block ?? why do you want the 1.3 head??

because i come to a 1.6 block whitout head and e know that the car its 100 hp from start lol

rite now your making sence mate. the head will bolt on to the block pshysically but you may have problems with compression being to high, if i knew how to work it out i would but i dont. this is the only problem i can see!! if it isnt t high just higher then it will give you more power

i forgot last night about the valves mate. the valves are smaller in the 1.3 head but you can have them machined out to take the 1.6 valves fairly easy. if you get this done you will see a slight gain over the 1.6 head

its becausa de cam that i have its de 1.3 SR i liked to use it can it be put after the valves?

By my calculations the compression ratio will be 11.3:1.
1.2 - 1.6 cams are all swappable so yeah you can use it after you've got the valves done.
Anyway, as I said I might be able to tell you first-hand next week.

11.3:1 is fine so i say go for it mate, get the valves sorted then your away

thank you all im now ajusting my money because the engine is goig to be painted ans the head polished, now i have the exaust colectors os a 1.3 and i hoping to heard aout you experience whit a thing like this :P
