how do you get astra GTE vents out of bonnet?

saw an astra GTE in the scrap yesterday with the vents in the bonnet so i want to now how to get them out?

and it also had chrome washer jet things, how do they come out?

are the washer jets led ones? if so dont bother:lol:

there usualy just summat like a nut holding them on try a 10mm spanner

thats one thing i checked while he was kicking me out and there not. there like a rounded rectangle shape. will they fit my nova?

i'll be having the vents then.
