torsion damper?

torsion damper fitted to the longer of the two driveshafts, what happens if you aint got one. which i havent.

i had one on the GTE, but when i fitted my 4 branch it was not going to fit with the damper on, so i took it off.
and to be honist never noticed any difference.

its job is to help balancethe shaft, note it isnt the same profile all the way around. probable only noticeable at high speed. Generaly its not something that most drivers would notice.
