Me mum and step dad are splitting up and now i gotta put the insurance and car in me own name  . I cant seem to get any good quotes tho, Adrian Flux quoted me 1500 with all mods declared (Alloys, exhaust, induction kit). I think that is a tad steep tho
What do other people pay for SRi insurance??
Cheers

Alright mate, i found that if i put my girlfriend as a second driver on my insurance, who was only 18 n i were 19 at the time it brought my insurance right down, you could try putting both your mam and dad on your own insurance policy and see if that works, i was with elephant at the time and just did a 10month insurance policy because its cheaper and you get a full years no claims after the year, just trying to build up my no claims bonus quicker ya see! it worked for me anyways.

hmm fast track claims
i think you'l find that when you take your insurance elsewhere they will refuse you the ncb that you've built up on a 10month fast track year !

norwich union dont insure mods!
HIC. Very good with modified cars. And as mentioned above, try adding an experienced second driver (although you won't be able to use their NCB, it will most likely drop the premium).
