what engine is this

hi can anyone tell me what engine is this engine number is ;120000 F4177758 the only other number ive found on it is 19431390 :o

dunno what all that means but if you can find a small code on the front of the engine that will say something like c20xe, c14nz where the numbers tell you what size it is 20 is 2lt, 14 is 1.4
