1.6 GTE Induction Kit Fitting??

Just a quickie for you guys.....

When fitting an induction kit to the 1.6 GTE, what happens with the Air Flow Meter???

As it is attached to the air box itself, do you just take it off completely??? As surely this will mess up the whole system???

I cant seem to find a guide to it anywhere :oops: :?

I was thinking of putting my viper kit on it from my astra, just wondering what the score is on fitting them.

you have to leave the afm meter on otherwise it wont run

thats what I thought, but then how do you fit an induction kit to it??? :? :?:

I just dont get how you leave the AFM where it is and fit anything to it!! :(

you will need an adapter...

this is usually supplied when you buy a kit specific for the gte ect
