your going to need some thing to knock the pins out with, apart from that its straight forward

First of all you need to hit them to the middle of the door, i.e. top down bottom up.

People have recommended the bonnet stay for this but I have never taken the pins out, there is also a tool for doing it, forgotten where to get it though and the name of it.

Windows easy to change, rear ones just need the pointiest corner popping from the inside and the rest will fall out, be sure to catch the old one though!

i use a long thin bar sort of thing to knock them out, the tailgate ones you could use a screw driver to do them but the doors a bit different you will want something quite long so you can twat it with out catching the car

I would buy the tool but I have never changed a door, I have a f***d shell I need to get the doors off but I will cut them as there are no wings on there either.

And boot ones are easier to peel a bit of the headlining back and unbolt them, need torx bits though, big torx bits! Just shut the boot, unbolt and then open and lift off. 1man job.

the pins for the boot come out really easy! can be done with a screwdriver and hammer. the doors are a different story, me and my dad used a screwdriver and a massive hammer on mine
