im havin proplems with a carb i got the car is a 1.4 sr and people on migweb said i need a 2e3 carb but its a auto choke but my car has a man choke is there any way i can make it auto?and has any1 got any photos of there 1.4 engine bay so i can see where all the pipes go if it makes it any easier i could post pic up of engine bay as it is?

the 2e3 has an autochoke fitted. iirc it works by a water feed/return to the carb and it changes by the temp of the water. there is also a heater of some sort in the 2e3 aswell that needs an ignition swithed live.

why not go for the weber twin choke, its a great carb!!!

buy his twin choke if it includes all the conversion bits needed. its a great mod

Yeah auto choke is pants, plus it uses too much fuel on those icy mornings!
