because of the F28 the formation of the joint goes as followed
Spacer-->TCA-->Ball Joint-->Spacers-->Tie Bar.

is this the ideal way to mount the tie bar?

I have made some strenthenged track control arms what else shall i do to strengthen the suspension?

to be honnest you dont really want to lower the tie bar where it mounts to the lower arm, just the point where it meets the chassis leg as you have done, it acts as an anti dive kit this way where as the way you have lowered both ends it will still dive under braking, not a problem really if its the only way you can clear the gearbox just not ideal

sorry for the post hi-jack again but i am going to be running a 1600 16v small block with these TAS rose jointed tie bar brackets

Am i ok to run the standard bolting setup on the wishbone (i.e without spacers) and just use the alloy block supplied to lower the tie bars at the tie bar bracket side. Am i correct in assuming that this would stop diving under braking?
