4 Branch manifold

just wondered whether a 4 branch manifold previoulsy fitted to a 1.3sr, would fit onto a 1.2 Nova.

coz i av just bought 1 in good condition, and paid ?30 for it, do u reckon that is a bargain.

yes as long as you got the sectoin that runs from the end of the 4-2-1 manifold to the middle box.

On the 1.2 it doesn't have it as standard only a long pipe that goes right up to the manifold. U need this smaller section though for it to fit.

i got mine from my motorfactors i think. Relativley cheap.

actually to fit it to the 1.2 you would have to fit the 1.3 system because the downpipe on the 1.2 goes from manifold right to middlebox, where as the rest have a seperate twin down pipe :D

LOL, sorry, but next time it might be best to ask the question BEFORE you buy the product, just in case you buy something that wont fit ;)

if you look at the last 2 posts in that link it says that it won't fit straight away.


the 4 branch will fit aslong as you get all the sections up to your middle box.



the manifold will fit but you might have to use a different exhaust system or modify it to fit

Yeah, I know it does, I only got a look at the first couple of posts, the others wernt there, damn, anywayz might av a buyer for it, coz i cant be bothered to fit it.

it'll only cost u ?10-20 to get the section u need. Its worth doing.

Wot, u mean a brand new 1, would it be possible to get 1 of these sections from kwik fit or somewhere like that m8, coz thats pretty cheap,, or a second hand 1

yes the middle peice that you need from a 1.3 or 1.4 will only cost about 10 quid from your local motor facrors :D
