isit 2 put a 1.4sr engine in my 1litre?

some one told me its bit of a mission cos 1 litres r totally diff?

drops right in, same mounts too, just need to get the 1.4 coil loom and dizzy

isn't 1 engine mount different on 1.0? or is it gearbox.

i thinks its easy to change the mount though

the mounts are the same and it will just drop in :D

but you have to change the petrol tank as the 1 litre doesnt have a return feed :D and you will have to run the line down aswell :D

i read somewhere you need the mount off the 1.4 engine as the 1L mount it lower or higher up/down :lol:

you won't need a return line if you are going to use Twin forties or a weber 32/34. Just get a regulator.

i think thats why the pierburg's had a return, because they know the mech pump is going to be too much pressure.

Where as on webers where there is no where to put a return, then u have to have a regulator.
