i have a f reg 1.3 sr and im putting a 1.4 16v ecotec from a corsa sport in, im 18 with no no claims discount and 1 crash 1 yr ago, any ideas roughly how much unsurance i will be paying and which companys will insure me?? cheers

Best thing to do is ring around.

Was the crash your fault? I know my premium is slighty increased for me for a non-fault accident...

Some places dont do engine conversions (heard these stories from Liverpool Victoria), and sometimes wont touch you at 18, even if it is only an upgrade from 1.3 to a 1.4..

Try Adrian Flux? But pick up a yellow pages/Total Vaux mag and ring up every company u can.

have u started the conversion? if yes then perhaps you should have got some quotes first? if no then wait or get quotes first ;)
